Stressed Out?



This is my motto right now. Work is the cause of 99% of any stress I feel. So to calm down, I recite this mantra when I feel that wad of panic eating up my insides. Then I take three deep breathes, eyes closed, hands unclenched. And I sit up taller because then the weight of my worry is not physically bowing me over.
